AY PayEasy: how reserve now, pay later actually works
Our instalment scheme explained in plain terms, including the dates that matter and what happens if a payment is late.

Most of our customers do not pay for a trip in one go, and that is fine. AY PayEasy exists so you can hold the booking while you plan.

The shape of it

You pay a deposit, normally 25%, at the time of booking. That deposit is non-refundable and it is what holds the seat, the room and the lodge. The balance is then scheduled: either one payment on a final due date, or split over two or three instalments.

The dates that matter

The final instalment must be cleared at least 14 days before departure, or on the date printed on your payment schedule, whichever is earlier. If departure is inside 14 days, the balance is due immediately and AY PayEasy is not available.

What happens if a payment is late

We send reminders, not demands. If an instalment is more than seven days overdue we call. If a booking is 21 days overdue with no payment and no response from you, we cancel it and the deposit is forfeited. We would much rather not, which is why the reminders come early.

Is it more expensive?

No. AY PayEasy is free. It is not a credit product, we do not charge interest, and we do not run a credit check. It is a scheduling tool.
